Are you an experienced HR Systems specialist with experience of working with SAP HCM? As part of this role you will work within a team taking care of SAP HCM configuration and customization. You will also support and advise Client’s customers on how to best use all of the different modules within SAP HCM.

• SAP HCM Application Management for Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration modules.
• Design, implementation, quality assurance, and transition of requirements to production within SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration, Payroll, or Time Mana
• Assisting and counselling both current and potential clients.
• Gathering examining, formulating, and putting into practice suggestions for solutions.
• Completing functional tests, documenting implemented requirements, and troubleshooting.

What will you bring to the role?

• Completion of information technology coursework or a comparable programme in business informatics.
• Proven track record working with SAP HCM PA, PY, or PT as a consultant or module supervisor.
• Experience in modifying SAP HCM modules.
• Capacity to develop payroll accounting models and rules.
• Expertise in German payroll
• English Proficiency
