For one of our top, international, client - we are looking for a Data Engineer.

The position is hybrid, with an office located in Warsaw.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in data engineering with a focus on Hive and Spark
• Strong understanding of Snowflake and its applications
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and optimization
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Go for developing data pipelines
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Demonstrated adaptability and innovation

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain report generation service
• Optimize and redesign service to reduce generation time
• Own engineering lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with other engineering teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address business and technical needs
• Utilize a range of technologies including Hive, Spark, Snowflake, AWS, Kubernetes, Ruby on Rails, Python, React UI, and more
