Your Mission:
• Build new client relationships locally and internationally, executing strategic sales plans
• Drive brand awareness and engagement through marketing initiatives
• Be the face of the organization at conferences and in social media, amplifying our presence and impact
• Craft compelling proposals for RFPs and tenders, showcasing our tailored solutions
• Dive deep into client needs, particularly in permanent recruitment, IT contracting and executive search
• Closely collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional results for our clients
• Embark on a global journey, collaborating with colleagues worldwide to unlock new opportunities for the Polish market
Our requirements:
• 1+ year of New Business Development experience
• Fluency in English and Polish
• A relentless drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations
• Nice to have: proven success of selling services to HR or IT
