Responsibilities

  • Analyse processes and design solutions for client or operational needs.
  • Prepare business requirements, test scripts, and execute testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and clients.
  • Identify and escalate project risks.
  • Challenge current processes and propose innovative improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc queries and support project planning.
  • Participate in team initiatives.

Required

  • Experience in operational improvements within financial institutions (e.g., Lean, process reengineering).
  • Experience with external clients in Securities Services (nice to have).
  • Good understanding of financial markets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI, and SQL is a strong asset.
