Responsibilities
- Analyse processes and design solutions for client or operational needs.
- Prepare business requirements, test scripts, and execute testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and clients.
- Identify and escalate project risks.
- Challenge current processes and propose innovative improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues.
- Handle ad-hoc queries and support project planning.
- Participate in team initiatives.
Required
- Experience in operational improvements within financial institutions (e.g., Lean, process reengineering).
- Experience with external clients in Securities Services (nice to have).
- Good understanding of financial markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI, and SQL is a strong asset.
