Responsibilities
- Supporting high-quality depositary monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and third-party administrators.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies between internal data and data from clients/vendors.
- Responding to standard and non-standard queries professionally.
- Coordinating onboarding of new clients, processes, and solutions.
- Updating Static Data based on incoming requests.
- Assisting Business Managers with ad-hoc tasks.
- Initiating and implementing process/technical improvements.
- Analysing and redesigning processes to boost efficiency.

Required
- 1-5 years in Financial Services (ideally investment funds, reconciliation, fund accounting).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- English C1 (written & spoken).
- Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, well-organised.
- Proactive team player able to work independently.
