Join a mission-driven team at the intersection of AI and robotics. We're developing intelligent robotic systems already deployed in real-world environments. Our agile structure ensures every engineer shapes the product and balances deep research with practical engineering. If you're excited about building next-generation automation and solving tangible challenges, this role is for you. Create intelligent, production-grade robotics systems powered by state-of-the-art AI, already deployed and in use.
Role and responsibilities:
-
Write and validate code in real-world conditions, through a combination of unit tests, simulation environments, and hands-on testing on physical robots.
-
Work on a lean, high-impact team, where your contributions directly influence product performance and customer success.
-
Solve cutting-edge challenges, from modular action control systems and warehouse integration APIs to intelligent anomaly detection and deployment tooling.
-
Design modular, scalable control architectures adaptable to diverse warehouse operations and customer needs.
-
Develop intelligent heuristics using operational data to optimize robotic item handling.
-
Design seamless APIs and interfaces to integrate with warehouse management systems (WMS).
-
Implement anomaly detection systems that combine sensory data to flag robotic mis-picks or object inconsistencies.
-
Build deployment and configuration tools to rapidly onboard robots at new customer sites.
What’s Required:
-
5 + years of professional experience in software development, preferably with Python or other (C++, Java etc.).
-
Strong technical leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding architecture and driving cross-functional outcomes.
-
Solid systems thinking and problem-solving capabilities, particularly across hardware/software interfaces.
-
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for effective cross-team collaboration.
-
Programming industrial robots and/or hands-on expertise with ABB systems is highly desirable.
