🚀 What you’ll do
- Design and execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, integration)
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks across multiple applications
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define clear and testable requirements
- Ensure quality across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Work with databases and analyze data using SQL
- Test system integrations (APIs, HTTP services, messaging systems like Kafka)
- Document QA processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Track QA metrics such as capacity, velocity, and delivery status
🧠 What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on test automation
- Experience in financial systems (treasury, trading, or capital markets preferred)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA best practices
- Hands-on experience with SQL and databases
- Experience with APIs, HTTP protocols, and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka)
- Programming skills in at least one language (Java or C#)
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
