What you’ll do:
- Independently manage rollout and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate construction, installation, and testing activities on-site.
- Collaborate with clients, business partners, and subcontractors.
- Oversee civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering aspects for telecom and energy infrastructure (grids, towers).
- Ensure compliance with project specs, standards, and regulatory requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years (preferably 5+) managing rollout/infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in telecom networks (GSM) and telecom/energy infrastructure.
- Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CAD and standard office tools.
