Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement, preparation, and distribution of laptops and IT equipment for new hires across multiple European locations.
- Manage vendor relationships, track orders, and maintain accurate inventory both on‑site and with external partners.
- Prepare and configure devices in line with company standards, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows 11, and Office 365.
- Support the full onboarding process: account setup, laptop configuration, welcome materials, and equipment shipments.
- Maintain onboarding/offboarding tickets and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate equipment retrieval from offboarded employees.
- Provide second‑level technical support, especially for new joiners, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deliver on‑site IT support for the Warsaw office and collaborate closely with global IT teams.
- Handle employee equipment requests and maintain accurate IT system records.
Key Qualifications:
- Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (absolute MUST).
- Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and endpoint configuration.
- Proven background in IT support, ideally with onboarding and equipment management responsibilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and provide on‑site support.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor management is a plus.
- Experience with ITSM tools and processes.
- Fluency in English and Polish; German or French is an advantage.
- Experience in multinational or remote onboarding environments is a plus.
