Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling software development teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in modern software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.).
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in setting up and managing engineering operations in a new market is a plus.
