Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling software development teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong proficiency in modern software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.). 
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and distributed systems. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience in setting up and managing engineering operations in a new market is a plus.

  • Act as a key representative of the company’s technical presence in Poland, supporting hiring and local expansion efforts.
