  • Assuringthe quality and user friendliness of our 
  • Handlingthe incoming support in order to help out the customer
  • Analyzingthe incoming support and defining actions in order to reduce the number of tickets
  • Settingup a test plan, writing and execution test scenario’s which cover the user stories in order to achieve this 
  • Definingthe risk of the user stories as specialist of the software you will be responsible for and taking the right steps in order to reduce this 
  • Possiblytaking steps in test automation, at least for regression 
  • Bugmanagement: defining together with the Product owner impact of bugs on users and supporting the product owner in bug prioritization.



  • Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories
  • Being able to put yourself in the place of the user and having the user as your main focus
  • 3rd-Level-support, Troubleshooting and error correction
  • Knowledge of and experience in Test Methodology, bug management
  • TFS/Azure Devopsfor testing
  • Nice to have:knowledge of Test Automation tools
