Technical Project Manager - Regulatory and Compliance Technology Team

Description

Regulatory and Compliance Technology Project Management Team within the Private Bank Operations and Technology Department. Candidate will be part of a high performing and niche Global team that will deliver effective project management across the Private Bank for EMEA region.

Job Background:

There has been a significant and continual increase of implementation of regulatory requirements in Private Bank. A global Regulatory and Compliance Technology Team has been created to provide amplified focus on implementation of Regulatory and Compliance projects in timely manner. This Poland based role, will be part of Warsaw based team and work closely with Global and EMEA Head.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary scope includes

End to End Accountability of project implementation from initiation to post deployment
Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
Reviewing Business and Functional Requirements Documents prepared by Business Analyst
Ensure various Key Project Management matrices, Tools, Training etc are in align with Department expectations
Ensure project Implementation is as per our policies, and procedures and guidelines
Provide Project Status along with associated Risk, Issue, Dependencies etc to various governance forums as required by Project governance
Aptitude to understand technology architectures and work with various partners for designing solution
Support Global and Regional Lead in preparing material/presentations for various forums (adhoc basis)
Collaborate and work with global teams in NJ, Zurich, Poland, and Pune, Singapore

Knowledge/Experience:

Experience in IT Project Management
Experience in Regulatory Project Management or private banking/wealth management
PMI or equivalent Project Management certification
Experience in Private banking Operations preferred such as Client Reporting, Client On-boarding etc
Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelines
Strong communication skills, ability to explain Business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc) in various forum
Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
Experience with working with Off-shore team

Required Skills:

Excellent Project Management skills. Certified Project Manager
Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
Planning and Personal Organizational Skills
Strong Communication skills
Good understanding of Various Project Management area (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc)
Ability to work with off-shore team
Familiar with various project management tools (MS Project, MS SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, etc)
