Job Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing and managing a pipeline of relevant candidates for Talent Acquisition in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Personally manage high volume of Non Officer to Officer level applications and sourcing
  • Conduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Work in partnership with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team to leverage appropriate channels to secure a candidate pipeline for roles
  • Work closely with team recruiters to understand role requirements and provide sourcing advisory and candidate feedback
  • Use our client applicant tracking system and other sourcing technology to ensure data quality and measurement
  • Perform against a set of measures and continually improve outcomes – contributes to the quality, time and cost of talent acquisition for our client segment
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

Knowledge / Experience: 

  • Experience in sourcing within a high volume environment
  • Experience of sourcing either in-house, RPO or from within therecruitment agency industry
  • Knowledge of hign volume ‘resourcing’ market practices: able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and engage active and passive candidates by utilizing sourcing techniques
  • Credibility with candidates and leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume of open sourcing needs at a time
  • Knowledge of using Workday and Avature would be a benefit
  • Experience of managing candidates through a recruitment process
  • Proven ability to source talent directly through social media channels and other networking activities, either via partners or directly
  • Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes
  • Experience gained in Financial Services or similar environment preferred
