Your Role

We’re looking for someone who will:
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
• Define and manage project requirements
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
• Perform SCRUM Master role in our agile engineering model

Your Team
Infrastructure Configuration Validation (ICV) Service DevSecOps Engineering team is dedicated to building innovative and secure solutions to protect what’s important to our customers and employees, supporting both on premise and cloud hosted enterprise platforms.

Your expertise
The ideal candidate has a diverse hands-on technical background in IT, a passion for:
• Certified SCRUM Master
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

You have a good grasp of some of the following technologies:
• Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project and Visio
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Cloud computing e.g. Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Data analytics and data quality assurance
• Good understanding of infrastructure technologies at large scale
• Prior engineering and/or operational support experience
