Responsibilities:

  • The role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part CRM analyst
  • Lead ongoing development and operation of online CRM deployment (Creatio CRM)
  • Conduct no-/low-code configurations
  • Act as primary administrator for the CRM environment with 500+ users (user accounts/access rights, dashboards, reports, workflows)
  • Complete internal system audits and manage data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Work with management team to establish suitable processes supporting maintenance, configuration, development and change management
  • Gather and manage requirements
  • Identify business impact of decisions regarding the system
  • Manager external partners (including vendor management)
  • Liaise between users, stakeholders, vendors and the application teams
  • Cooperate with Management, other Application Owners and Service Owners
  • Prepare KPI reports
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and procedures
  • Assist in training new users

 

Qualifications:

  • Few years of relevant experience in product ownership or administration of online/cloud-base business applications  (preferred: online/cloud-based CRM)
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions and related business processes
  • Ability to manage, configure the system as well as build new functionalities with use of no-/low-code toolset
  • Desired/nice to have: advanced knowledge of CRM-class systems, strong data management, experience at international companies,

  • Has experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC
  • Fluent in English (min. B2)
