Product Control Specialist

For one of our top Clients, we are currently looking for a Product Control Analyst.

The position is hybrid 3 times from the office :)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new techniques and improve Finance department processes or workflow using in-depth industry knowledge
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within Finance
• Evaluate and resolve moderately complex issues using data from multiple sources
• Filter, prioritize, and validate data for analysis
• Operate with limited supervision, exercising independent judgment and autonomy
• Provide SME support to senior stakeholders and team members
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Drive ethical behavior and transparency by escalating and managing control issues

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or related field
• Strong ability to develop and improve financial processes and workflows
• Expertise in analyzing and resolving complex financial issues using data
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and autonomy
• Strong communication skills, with clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Experience as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting senior stakeholders and team members
• Ability to assess and manage risk in decision-making, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
