Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the PMO function, collating and consolidating the project portfolio across the region into a single view of projects to support categorisation, prioritisation, resource allocation, tracking and reporting
  • Own and drive preparation of the materials for the monthly EMEA Change Forum including latest project status, presenting of new projects, identifying projects in focus, driving project prioritisation & managing change
  • Standardise the project reporting, templates and artefacts used across the project lifecycle and establish and maintain a ˇ§project toolkitˇ¨ that can be used across all projects
  • Identify and capture cross project /programme dependencies across the portfolio within the dependency log
  • Establish demand management processes and capability to allow for capture of new initiatives and also to support capture and prioritise technology expenditure
  • Provide project support on key initiatives on an ad hoc basis (e.g. planning, RAID logs, SteerCo, reporting)
  • Collate and publish various materials including status reports, client mailing calendar & newsletters for internal staff to advise them on internal changes
  • Prepare a rolling view of Demand on

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Prior experience in a consultancy and/or Financial Services preferred
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Prior experience in establishing or managing a PMO and demand management function
