Employer: international manufacturing company (mid-size group)
Responsibilities:
- Manages change requests for creation and change of business partner master data
- Create / Update / Approve data records in SAP MDG (toolset used) while adhering to service level agreements
- Master data deactivation & cleansing (incl. mass changes)
- Final approval or rejection of business partner master data creation and change
- Consolidation of duplicates & golden record definition
- Adjust and set-up standard reports for data quality incl. visualization
- Review data quality gaps and report findings
- Measure number of data records per lifecycle status
- Enforce standards, nomenclature and data model and actively manages improvement measures
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key and end users incl. collection of change requirements from business and other projects
- Provides trainings (incl. updates), 2nd level user support and supports testing activities jointly with IT
Experience:
- Experience in working with Master Data Management and ERP systems, as user or implementation project team member/consultant
- Experience in working with different cultures
- 3+ years of business experience
- 2+ years of experience in Master data management role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry or as a master data management consultant
- Experience with SAP and MDM for SAP is highly desired
