Role: Junior IT Portfolio Management Analyst

Location: Kraków

Type of contract: employment contract

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the IT project portfolio for all IT projects
• Controlling and reporting of status of the portfolio development
• Support within the annual project portfolio planning and forecasting process
• Technical management of IT PMO
• Support IT project resource planning and management
• Active design of process and tool optimizations as well as methodologies and framework

SKILLS

• Preferably an graduate business or computer science study or equivalent
• Several years’ experience in a comparable position
• Experience in IT portfolio management
• Knowledge in IT project management and corresponding project management methods
• Understanding of experience in working with ITIL processes
• Versatile handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of PMCS.Helpline software products will be a benefit
• Excellent written and oral English
• German skills advantageous

EXPERIENCE

• 2/3 years’ experience as a project manager, technical project manager or similar
• Experiences in leading IT projects in ERP/IT systems/Application area
• Experiences in: documenting business needs and requirements
• Experiences in working in international teams
• Leading workshops experience
