Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of internal customer service
  • Demonstrating the ability to learn and perform troubleshooting for computers, mobile devices, applications, and networks
  • Resolving technical IT issues with high quality
  • Providing 1st level support for workplace systems (Windows 10)
  • Troubleshooting in desktop, laptops, printers and mobile devices
  • Responding to internal customers’ requests for technical assistance
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware issues
  • Setup and upgrading of workplaces and infrastructure
  • Maintaining users accounts in the Active Directory

Expectations:

  • University degree or student in computer science or equivalent education
  • First professional experience in IT is required
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Package
  • Experience with SharePoint would be highly appreciated
  • Experience with the entire Microsoft-based product landscape
  • Very good knowledge of English
