Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of internal customer service
- Demonstrating the ability to learn and perform troubleshooting for computers, mobile devices, applications, and networks
- Resolving technical IT issues with high quality
- Providing 1st level support for workplace systems (Windows 10)
- Troubleshooting in desktop, laptops, printers and mobile devices
- Responding to internal customers’ requests for technical assistance
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware issues
- Setup and upgrading of workplaces and infrastructure
- Maintaining users accounts in the Active Directory
Expectations:
- University degree or student in computer science or equivalent education
- First professional experience in IT is required
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Package
- Experience with SharePoint would be highly appreciated
- Experience with the entire Microsoft-based product landscape
- Very good knowledge of English
