This is a hybrid role from Warsaw (3 times per week from the office).

Contract length: 8 months with possibility of extension.

B2B, up to 120 PLN per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) outcomes related to Revenue, Credit Costs, and the Balance Sheet.
• Offer solutions for diverse challenges that may affect the wider business and system validation.
• Participate in tech-driven initiatives as a liaison for the Controllers team.
• Assist the business in reviewing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and the Balance Sheet.
• Reconcile Revenue and Balance Sheet figures.
• Clarify, present, and articulate financial outcomes.
• Generate financial reports and analyze financial data.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of commercial experience.
• Background in project management, including experience with testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting, particularly in Chart of Accounts and Ledger or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Banking products.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively through both written and spoken communication.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
