Employer: international law company



  • Provide highest level (3rd line) technical support for global End-User environments with over 6000+ users and vendor liaison. This may include direct contact with the client
  • Working time split: ab. 50% support / ab. 50% projects (changes, improvements, automation, implementations)
  • Monitor and measure systems against performance metrics
  • Hardware / Software installation and testing throughout the lifecycle of a product
  • Support of multiple technologies associated with desktop infrastructure
  • Close cooperation with all support teams and assisting in resolving issues (especially Applications Team and Server team)
  • Identify, develop and implement procedures and best practices for the effective systems management of the technical infrastructure
  • Ensure documentation, standards policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to



  • Advanced knowledge of Windows-based Desktop/Workstation environments with 1000+ users (preferably experience on L3)
  • Windows 10 management / deployment AND/OR Advanced Win10 configuration management (preferably SCCM expertise)
  • Good understanding of common Windows applications (e.g. Office suite, web browsers)
  • Good business awareness / ability to cooperate with non-technical partners
  • Understanding of ITIL; and working under OLA/SLA
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Advanced English language skills (min. B2)
  • Nice to have:
    • Knowledge of mobile infrastructure, printers, app/desktop virtualisation, network, packaging
    • Configuration / advanced use of Active Directory and GPO
    • Experience in bespoke Windows-based applications support
    • Experience at international companies / in providing IT services for international companies
    • System analysis / requirements gathering skills
