Client Assets Analyst

For one of our top, international clients from finance sector we are looking for Client Asset Analyst (with minimum 2 years prior experience).

Please notice, that we can offer ONLY B2B or CONTRACT OF MANDATE and that the position in based in Warsaw, Poland.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

If you are a professional eager to apply financial market knowledge and deepen their understanding of regulatory reforms - this position is for you. Regulatory Operations offers the opportunity to significantly impact the firm's compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute non-financial regulatory reporting, focusing on CASS.
• Analyze and address reporting exceptions with relevant teams.
• Manage daily Client money and Custody shortfalls.
• Participate in CASS breach management and reporting to FCA.
• Ensure Client Assets procedures are effective.
• Facilitate Monthly Client Money and Asset Return (CMAR) reporting.
• Collaborate on daily calculations and escalations.
• Stay updated on Client Assets rules.
• Support rule changes and business initiatives related to Client Assets.

MUST-HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities under pressure.
• Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken).

NICE TO HAVE:

• Basic understanding of financial market regulations.
• Familiarity with financial products and operational functions.
• Interest in data analysis, process automation, and Business Intelligence tools.
