Your role
Are you interested in digital transformation, using a state-of-the-art business process management and adaptive case management platform? Do you know how to engage stakeholders, analyse businesses and engineer requirements? Are you passionate about building enterprise applications using low-code development, radically accelerating the time it takes to build and deploy intuitive, powerful and moderns apps in the cloud? Do you want to play a leading role in enabling us to be more agile, more innovative and work smarter – to revolutionize our customer experience, optimize our business processes and respond effectively to ever-changing regulations and evolving risks?
If so, we’re looking for someone like you who will:
- play a leading role in developing workflow/case management applications in your capacity as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
- lead, support and develop a team of business analysts / business process modelers
- prepare leaner processes for digitalization
- engage and collaborate with business SMEs to understand their requirements and translate them into user stories (adhering to Agile Scrum principles)
- design and model business processes using a “drag and drop” user-interface in our low-code digital transformation platform
- think creatively and innovatively to develop applications that unify people, processes and technologies
- collaborate with IT developers for code-based customizations and integrations
- live the Agile Scrum framework, playing the role of Scrum Master or Development Team member
Your expertise:
- extensive Agile Scrum experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
- extensive business analysis and requirements engineering experience
- extensive experience designing business processes using BPMN 2.0 and/or CMMN
- customer-orientated, results-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude with a flair for precision and quality
- excellent communications skills in English

Sitting within Group Risk Control’s (GRC) Change Team, you'll be joining the GRC Process Transformation team in Krakow. You will play a key role in enabling the firm’s strategy through automation and digitalization. GRC's Process Transformation team operates globally from Zurich, with a presence also in the UK and India
