Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst position is within the Regulatory and Compliance Technology team and will participate in the in the full project lifecycle, partnering with various technology and business project stakeholders to implement changes in a timely manner. The candidate is required to have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• End to end accountability for determining solutions for regulatory projects
• Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements
• Act as a “translator” between the business, Change Team,  and Operation and Technology
• Assist in project integration and acceptance testing
• Provide support during and post implementation

Experience:

• 5+ years of total experience in analyst position
• Fluent communication in English
• Experience with working with Off-shore teams

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in regulatory project management OR private banking/wealth management
• Familiarity with various project management tools (JIRA, SharePoint etc)
