  • L3 or L2 Support of multiple User-facing Windows-based Applications (global infrastructure with 6000+ users)
  • Working time split: ab. 50% support / ab. 50% projects (changes, improvements, automation, implementations)
  • Deployment of change and project activities
  • Identify, develop and implement procedures and best practice for the effective systems management of the technical infrastructure. Help identify and close performance gaps, analysing trends and management of performance of the systems
  • Acting as a key contact engaging with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • At a suitable stage of your development, participate in an ‘on call’ and working shift rota in order to provide 24x7 coverage


  • 2+ years of experience in Applications support / desktop support for infrastructures with 1000+ users (for L3 – 4+ years of experience in IT)
  • Knowledge of Windows environments (preferably Windows 10) on 2’nd/3’rd line support
  • Experience with SCCM (Application Packaging, Deployment, Troubleshooting)
  • Experience in supporting common Windows applications like: MS Office/Office 365
  • Some experience with Windows Server and Active Directory on administration level
  • Fluent English (min. B2)
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with PowerShell is nice to have
    • App-V 5 sequencing is nice to have
    • MSI Application packaging and sequencing are nice to have
